Do not be afraid to take away a person's keys tonight. I know it is hard, and you don't want to seen uncool, but it is ALWAYS better than thinking after in another scenario, "if I had have just taken the keys away....."
So, as many others have said, stay safe out there.
Have some asshole LA parking for your trouble
